- Any applicant who is considered a desirable potential tenant will put forward to you the client.
Tenant agreements and other relevant paperwork
- We go through all documents with tenants and advise them of their rights and obligations in the form of a brochure as required by law.
- We organise all paperwork and go through all documents with you before you sign.
- We receive and lodge the security bond with the Office of Business and Consumer Affairs.
Rent
- 2 weeks rent in advance paid directly into your bank account.
- We arrange the tenants rent to be deposited directly into your bank account weekly or fortnightly as advised by you the client.
- Organise keys, alarm codes etc with tenant and for you to meet the tenant if desired.
Cost for our professional services
From start to finish all of this is the cost of 2 weeks rent being a minimum of $460 to a maximum of $680 plus 10% GST

Inspections
- $77.00 per year (local/ metro only)
- We will notify you of any maintenance or repairs that may need to be completed or attended to.
- Inspection letters will be sent to you.
It is recommended that this be performed two times per year to ensure the tenants are maintaining your property.
Tenants Final Inspection - upon vacation of property
- Inspection is carried out, then a letter is sent to client and tenant $99
- Maintenance $104 per calendar year to organise trade person and liason with client and yourself. (May increase if house is old or in poor condition)
